Retransfer Printer XID8100 is the perfect solution for daily needs to personalize all types of ID cards. With retransfer printing technology, the printer can print edge-to-edge without any limitations on card design and graphic layout. The proven modular concept allows the printer to adapt to upgrade requirements at any time. By default, the printer is synchronized into a single unit, but depending on the customer’s usage requirements, it can be upgraded with additional modules.
Retransfer printing technology enables the printer to work with all types of card materials, such as PVC, ABS, PET, hybrid card structures, and even Polycarbonate. The input card tray is lockable, and the ink cartridge, ribbon, and film are separated, allowing for a quick and simple replacement process.
By default, the printer connects to a PC via USB and Ethernet interfaces. All necessary information about the printer and its status is displayed on the LCD screen, and settings can be adjusted using four buttons located just below the LCD screen.
The printing mechanism is based on a metal frame, making it a very robust and precise printing module.
