ACR1252 từ ACS là đầu đọc thẻ thông minh không tiếp xúc USB 13,56 MHz hỗ trợ thẻ A và B loại ISO 14443, thẻ và thẻ NFC tuân thủ MIFARE, FeliCa và ISO 18092. Thay thế cho ACR122U cũng như ACR1251 phổ biến, đầu đọc này được trang bị một khe cắm SAM cung cấp mức độ bảo mật cao trong các giao dịch không tiếp xúc và NFC.

Diễn đàn NFC đã chứng nhận, ACR1252 hỗ trợ cả ba chế độ NFC với hiệu suất được cải thiện, bao gồm đầu đọc/ghi thẻ, mô phỏng thẻ và giao tiếp ngang hàng.

ACR1252 tương thích với CCID và PC/SC, cho phép khả năng tương tác với nhiều thiết bị và ứng dụng khác nhau.
