Our VIP card production process is strictly controlled and meets standards to ensure the highest quality when delivered to customers.

Quality Control Process for VIP Card Production:

Design the file and print in reverse on the 3-layer PVC card material.
Remove the plastic layer from the VIP card blank and press the printed side onto it.
Use a plastic press machine to laminate the VIP card blank and the printed layer together.

The temperature of the VIP card press should be set between 130-140 degrees Celsius (depending on whether the film is thin or thick).

Finally, use a die-cutting machine to shape the VIP card and round the corners. This results in a finished plastic VIP card using only standard equipment.

Customers can use these VIP cards for various purposes such as employee cards, warranty cards, promotional cards, membership cards, parking passes, or for events like weddings. They can also be used as decorative items like keychains or marketing gifts in advertising.

These cards are commonly used in retail supermarkets like BigC, Fivimart, and fashion shops like NEM and IVY, as well as in restaurants and hotels.

Material: The card is made from 3-layer PVC plastic, in accordance with international standards.

Size: According to ISO/IEC 7810 ID-1 standard (same size as ATM cards) or customized sizes as requested by customers.

Printing Technology: Offset printing, 4-color YMCK for high-quality, sharp graphic images. The card features a protective coating to prevent fading after printing.

The card can be personalized with customer information to enhance its appeal and encourage customers to keep it longer:

The card can also integrate a magnetic stripe or chip for easy communication with management software and point-of-sale systems, including Mifare chip (13.56MHz), Proximity chip (125KHz), and high-density magnetic stripes (HiCo) following ISO 2750 Oe or LoCo standards.

Additional Options: Foil stamping, hot stamping, or UV printing can be applied to enhance the card's security features.
