📢 TBHP IS HIRING: TECHNICAL LEAD – EQUIPMENT & AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS
1. Job Summary
- Lead, coordinate, and assign tasks for the technical team in implementing installation, maintenance, and system integration of IT equipment, as well as software/hardware solutions for banks, government organizations, and company clients (mainly in Hanoi and nearby provinces)
- Research and develop solutions/devices from the company’s partners for practical deployment
- Communicate technical information, propose solutions, and collaborate with vendors’ technical experts
2. Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s/College degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, or related fields
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant working experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in consulting IT solutions or equipment/solutions in the finance and banking sector (minimum 1 year)
- Good communication skills; proficiency in English is an advantage
- Strong technical knowledge and continuous update of new technology trends
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
