- The S6200LX is the perfect solution for the issuance of high-security ID cards and all types of financial card issuance, with a production speed of up to 2,000 cards per hour.
ADVANCED LASER ENGRAVING TECHNOLOGY
- The S6200 is integrated with the latest solutions in multi-material card engraving technology developed by Matica®, under the LX series. The entire system is designed to optimize the performance needed for card personalization: laser source, scanning head, and programming software. The wide frequency and efficiency of the laser allow it to meet all industrial card personalization criteria regarding quality, stability, and reliability. High-speed printing and laminating modules can be added depending on project requirements for ID cards such as national IDs, driver’s licenses, and other government projects.
CARD HANDLING
- To support the enhanced engraving capabilities, card handling will introduce a new feeder to avoid scratching during production. Along with a newly developed ultra-fast dual-side flipping station, the system operates without moving components, flipping cards in a shorter time frame.

- This proprietary system is designed to meet the specific needs of medium-level issuers. It combines adequate, reliable card storage capacity with high production quality and secure card data integrity. The S6200LX comes with a cabinet for storing cards and consumables, as well as support for external monitors and keyboards.
SOLUTION CAPABILITY
- The S6200LX is configured to operate fully independently or can be upgraded to accommodate up to 5 modules. It can be linked with various labeling and envelope folding systems. This system can be upgraded to the high-volume S7000 issuance system for more demanding production environments.
