The XID8100 Retransfer Printer is the perfect solution for everyday needs to personalize all types of ID cards. With retransfer printing technology, the printer can print to the edge without any restrictions on card design and graphic layout. The proven modular concept allows the printer to adapt to upgrade requirements at any time. By default, the printer synchronizes into a single unit, but it can be upgraded with additional modules based on customer usage requirements.
Retransfer technology enables printing on all types of card materials, such as PVC, ABS, PET, hybrid card structures, and even Polycarbonate. The input card tray is lockable, and with separate cartridges, ribbons, and films, the replacement process is quick and straightforward.
By default, the printer connects to a PC via USB and Ethernet interfaces. All necessary information about the printer and its status is displayed on an LCD screen, and settings can be adjusted using four buttons located directly below the LCD.
The printing mechanism is based on a metal frame, making it a very robust and precise printing module.
